복학 Reinstatement | 일반복학 General reinstatement | 인터넷 신청(첨부서류 없음) → 승인 |
군제대 복학 Reinstatement from military leave | 인터넷 신청 → 전역증, 병적증명서, 주민등록초본(병적사항기재) 중 택1 스캔 첨부 ※ 부적격 서류 첨부 시 미승인(예: 병역증, 복무확인서, 전역장 등) | |
군전역예정자 Student expected to be discharged from the military service | 학기중 전역예정자로서 학업을 충실히 이행할 수 있음을 아래와 같은 자료로 증빙함 가. 2024년 9월 이내 군전역예정자 제출 서류 1) 전역예정증명서(현역) 또는 사회복무요원복무확인서 2) 서약서 나. 2024년 10월 1일부터 중간고사 개시일 전 군전역예정자 제출서류 1) 전역예정증명서(현역) 또는 사회복무요원복무확인서 2) 서약서 3) 취학승인서 또는 휴가증 사본 * 위 휴가증은 제출 당시 허가된 휴가증에 한하며, 허가예정 사항은 해당되지 않음 |

※ 인터넷 신청기간 이후에 휴/복학을 신청하는 경우 각 단과대학행정팀으로 연락하시기 바랍니다.
※ If you apply for a leave of absence or reinstatement after the online application period,
please contact the administrative office of your college.
※ 군필자 복학생은 예비군 전입신고를 『http://portal.korea.ac.kr / 정보생활 / 예비군 전입신고』에서 필히 신청하시기 바랍니다.
※ 질병사유 일반휴학은 인터넷으로 신청할 수 없으니 종합병원 4주 이상의 진단서와 질병휴학 확인서를 갖추어 학과행정실로
접수하시기 바랍니다. (Students intending to apply for leave of absence due to illness must submit a medical certificate
requiring at least four-week treatment issued by the director of a hospital affiliated with Korea University or the
director of a general hospital and a confirmation from the academic advisor or department chair to the office of the
college (division/school))
